Other Details: Versatile removed the old built-up roofing systems to the metal deck underneath. The installation included adding 2-1/2-inch polyiso insulation and crickets under the roof membrane to improve the roof’s R-value and provide good roof drainage. Versatile installed new gutters and downspouts and finished the project with 2-piece compression metal edge detail around the perimeter of the building.
